Role Overview:

As our Financial Continuity Architect, you will spearhead efforts to safeguard our financial sustainability and operational capacity. You will be responsible for strategic financial planning, robust risk management, and ensuring that our financial processes align perfectly with our mission.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cash Flow Maestro: Oversee and enhance cash flow processes to ensure liquidity and operational efficiency, maximising our capacity to fund impactful programs.
  • Financial Strategist: Develop and implement strategic financial plans that fortify our growth and stability, including scenario planning and contingency strategies for potential disruptions.
  • Risk Mitigator: Identify and navigate financial risks involving market changes, credit, and operations. Implement robust risk mitigation strategies to safeguard our financial assets.
  • Compliance & Reporting Expert: Ensure full adherence to financial regulations and oversee the delivery of precise and timely reports to stakeholders.
  • Key Advisor & Communicator: Serve as the financial compass for senior management and the board, translating complex financial data into actionable insights and guidance.
  • Innovator & Futurist: Drive the adoption of cutting-edge financial technologies and methodologies to boost operational efficiency and adaptability.
  • Collaborative Partner: Foster cross-functional alignment between financial strategies and organisational objectives, ensuring cohesive and effective planning.
  • Leader & Mentor: Lead and inspire our finance team, nurturing a culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence.
  • Market Analyst: Stay ahead of global market trends, economic shifts, and regulatory changes, leveraging insights to maintain our financial fortitude.
