Yananai was initiated to address the need for empowering single Christians to pursue marriage guided by Christ-centred principles and to foster strong, thriving Christian families.

Founded in 2024 by Nick and Sandra Mtambirwa, the project stems from their profound desire to nurture healthy Christian families rooted in Christ. They hold that families form the cornerstone of society and view children as precious gifts from God. They emphasize the significance of courtship and believe that marriage should exemplify the love and commitment Christ has for His church.

Nick and Sandra are convinced that the foundation of a strong and enduring family lies in modelling Christ-centred love within marriage. They believe that by keeping Christ at the core of relationships, couples can create homes filled with love, joy, and peace.
